Whether you’re making a big pot for a Sunday football game or just need an easy way to warm up a winter evening, this meaty chili will fit the bill.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat
- 3 15 oz cans ranch-style beans
- 15.5 oz can kidney beans
- 15.5 oz can black beans
- 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 3 15 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 packet chili seasoning
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 cups cup sweet onion, diced
- salt & pepper
- red pepper flake & hot sauce, to taste
Process

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, drain then add the taco seasoning. Set aside in the refrigerator.

In a large crock pot, add all remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 5-6 total hours, stirring occasionally. Add the prepared ground beef halfway through cook time.
