Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 2 oz apple cider
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz ginger beer
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur
- cinnamon, apple slice, sprig of thyme (for garnish)
Process

Fill a short glass with ice.

Pour in the bourbon, cider, lemon juice, and orange liqueur. Top with ginger beer.

Swirl gently to blend. Garnish with an apple slice, dusting of cinnamon, and sprig of thyme.
