Windmill Farms Mushrooms
We want mushrooms that are as fresh as possible. Working solely with Windmill Farms in Sunnyside, WA means our portobello, crimini and white mushrooms arrive the day after they’re harvested.
Riley Creek Blueberries
Even if it’s the middle of winter, we’ve got local blueberries. Grown and supplied by Laclede, ID-based Riley Creek, frozen blueberries are available all-year long.

Stemilt Cherries
Spring-September
In the late spring we receive the first delivery of local cherries from Stemilt, in Wenatchee, WA. They grow some of the biggest and sweetest cherries available from Washington State.
Brentwood Corn
May-September
Brentwood corn has the well-deserved reputation for being the benchmark against how all other corn is measured. Only the sweetest, freshest ears at the top of the stalk are harvested.
